Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website or engaging the services of Cibernets Web Design L.L.C, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our services and website.

Our Services

Cibernets Web Design L.L.C provides professional digital services including website design and development, e-brochure and company profile design, web hosting and domain services, search engine optimisation, social media marketing, lead generation campaigns, and custom CRM development.

All services are provided subject to a separate written agreement, proposal, or quotation that specifies scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. These terms and conditions apply in addition to any such agreement.

Project Engagement & Proposals

Projects commence only upon receipt of a signed proposal or written confirmation of acceptance, together with the required advance payment as specified in the project proposal. Proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

• All project requirements, deliverables, and timelines are as specified in the agreed proposal or quotation
• Any changes to scope requested after project commencement are subject to additional charges and revised timelines
• Cibernets reserves the right to decline any project or client engagement at its discretion
• Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by client responsiveness in providing content, approvals, and feedback

Payment Terms

Our standard payment structure is as follows, unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Advance payment — 50% of the total project value is due upon project confirmation before work commences
• Final payment — the remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final files or live deployment are provided
• Hosting and domain services — payment is due annually in advance
• Monthly retainer services (SEO, social media, lead generation) — payment is due on the 1st of each month

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified. Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue. Late payments may incur a monthly charge of 2% of the outstanding balance. Cibernets reserves the right to pause or suspend services on overdue accounts.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full and final payment for a project, the client receives full ownership of the following:

• The final website design, graphics, and content created specifically for that project
• Company profiles, e-brochures, and prequalification documents designed for that client
• Any custom code developed specifically for the client project

The following remain the intellectual property of Cibernets Web Design L.L.C at all times:

• Proprietary frameworks, code libraries, and development tools used in the creation of projects
• Pre-existing design templates, components, or code modified for client use
• Internal processes, methodologies, and workflows

Cibernets reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client specifically requests in writing that their project remain confidential.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project delivery, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and timely content, images, logos, and brand materials as required
• Providing timely feedback and approvals at each project milestone stage
• Ensuring all content and materials supplied are legally owned or licensed by the client
• Notifying Cibernets promptly of any changes to project requirements or contact persons
• Maintaining secure login credentials for all systems and accounts provided by Cibernets

Delays caused by the client in providing required materials or approvals may result in revised delivery timelines at no additional charge to Cibernets.

Revisions & Changes

Each project proposal specifies the number of revision rounds included in the project price. Our standard revision policy is:

• Website design: 2 rounds of revisions included per page template
• Company profiles and e-brochures: 2 rounds of revisions included
• Logo design: 3 initial concepts with 2 revision rounds on the chosen concept

Additional revisions beyond those included may be subject to additional charges. Significant changes to the agreed design brief after design approval are treated as new work and charged accordingly. Change requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Web Hosting & Domain Services

Our hosting and domain services are subject to the following conditions:

• Hosting services are provided on an annual basis and must be renewed before expiry to avoid service interruption
• Cibernets is not liable for data loss caused by client action, third-party intrusion, or circumstances beyond our control
• We maintain regular automated backups, but the client is responsible for maintaining their own backup copies of all website content
• Hosting accounts found to be used for spam, illegal content, or excessive resource usage may be suspended without notice
• Domain registration is subject to availability and the terms of the relevant domain registry

Warranties & Disclaimers

Cibernets warrants that all work will be completed to a professional standard and in accordance with the agreed specification. We do not warrant or guarantee:

• Specific search engine rankings or positions as a result of SEO services
• Specific business results, revenue, or lead volumes from any digital marketing campaign
• Continuous, uninterrupted operation of hosting services (we target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee it)
• Compatibility of websites with all future browser updates or device specifications

Our website and information is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Cibernets Web Design L.L.C shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business arising from service interruptions or errors
• Actions taken by third parties, including hosting providers, domain registrars, or advertising platforms
• Content supplied by the client that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

Our total liability to any client in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary and sensitive information disclosed during the course of a project engagement. Cibernets will not disclose client project details, pricing, or business information to third parties without written consent. Clients agree not to disclose Cibernets' pricing structures, methodologies, or proprietary processes to competitors or third parties. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the service agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of early termination:

• All work completed up to the termination date is payable at the agreed project or hourly rate
• The advance payment is non-refundable once substantive work has commenced
• All deliverables produced and paid for will be transferred to the client
• Cibernets may terminate immediately in cases of client non-payment, abusive conduct, or illegal activity

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services provided by Cibernets Web Design L.L.C shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. We encourage all disputes to be resolved amicably through direct communication before any legal proceedings are initiated.

Changes to These Terms

Cibernets reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
